CONCEPT
This will be one of the few developments in Playa del Carmen where great concerns have been taken regarding the quality of the construction material.
The selection of building system has been taken considering sustainability, thermal efficiency and noise reduction.
Walls, ceilings and windows keeps the cold air from the ac inside of the apartments. A welcomed effect from this is that noise from the streets and neighbors will be reduced to a minimum.
Finally great lengths have been taken to keep the impact on the environment to an absolute minimum.

WINDOWS
The windows will have double glass to keep them more than 5 times more energy efficient than the standard 1-glass windows.
Additionally it makes sure you get a good nights sleep without interruptions from the outside.
WATER PURIFICATION
The water is purified with Reverse Osmosis. It is a technology that is used to remove a large majority of contaminants from water by pushing the water under pressure through a semi-permeable membrane.
WALLS AND ROOF
The walls are built with insulated blocks imported from USA. The insulated 2-layer core of the blocks are made of expanded polystyrene.
The roof and all the floors between the apartments are built with concrete and a thick layer of insulation.
This keeps the noise and cooling costs extremely now compared to other projects in Playa Del Carmen.
